Rachel Wilson is developing a broad commercial practice encompassing the full range of Chambers’ core practice areas.
She joined Chambers in 2025, following the successful completion of her pupillage under the supervision of Natasha Bennett, David Murray and Christopher Langley.
Prior to joining Chambers, Rachel received a first-class degree in English Literature and French from the University of Edinburgh and completed her Master’s in Translation with Distinction from the University of Bath.
Rachel achieved the top first in her cohort in the Graduate Diploma in Law and was awarded the prize for contract law, following which she spent a year interning with the global litigation team at a blue-chip multinational energy company. During this time, Rachel assisted in-house counsel on a range of complex commercial matters, including high-profile, multi-party commercial litigation and international arbitration, across a range of jurisdictions.
Before coming to the Bar, Rachel worked as a strategic analyst, journalist and translator, spending a number of years living in both Melbourne and Berlin. She is a published author under William Collins, and her writing has appeared in publications such as The Times, The Guardian, The New Statesman and British Vogue.
