Fountain Court is a leading set of commercial barristers with a strong and expanding presence in sports law, both domestic and international.
Members are frequently instructed in commercial, regulatory and related court and arbitral disputes between (among others) clubs, players, coaches, agents, governing and representative bodies, investors, and commercial partners as well as independent reviews and investigations involving governance, culture and anti-doping.
