Following successfully passing the examination, John Mehrzad KC was called to the Bar of Ireland by the Chief Justice of Ireland at the Supreme Court in Dublin on 18 July 2025.
John’s call to the Irish Bar means that he is ideally placed to advise domestic and international clients following the recent avalanche of sporting and employment-related disputes that give rise to complex issues of EU fundamental rights and competition law. He will also be authorised to practise before courts of the EU.
