Head of Marketing & Business Development
Enrico Noronha joined Fountain Court in 2025 as Head of Marketing & Business Development, bringing extensive experience in the legal and professional services sector.
He leads on client development, strategic business initiatives, brand positioning, and communications, working in close collaboration with the clerking teams to deliver and implement the chambers’ business development strategy.
Before joining Fountain Court, Enrico held senior business development and marketing roles at leading international law firms, Magic Circle firms, and top-tier private client practices, giving him a deep understanding of the legal market and client expectations.
