Fountain Court is delighted to announce that Aaron Taylor has been appointed a Fellow-Commoner of Magdalene College, Cambridge. Aaron spent the Easter Term 2025 on sabbatical as a Visiting Fellow at Magdalene, working on the law relating to art and cultural property.
Aaron remains in full-time practice at Fountain Court, where he specialises in aviation, art & cultural property, banking & finance, civil fraud, crypto, energy, and international commercial disputes. Aaron is ranked as a leading junior for art law by Legal 500 and Chambers and Partners, and is regularly instructed in art law disputes on behalf of a wide range of market participants.
Alongside his practice, Aaron is currently writing a book about fraud, fakes and financial crime in the art market, which is due to be published in early 2027. He is a guest lecturer in art law at the London School of Economics, and sits on the editorial board of the journal Art Antiquity and Law.
