Fountain Court is pleased to announce that Michael Brindle KC, Timothy Howe KC, and Andrew Pullen have been appointed to the List of Arbitrators for the Dubai International Arbitration Centre (DIAC), the region’s largest alternative dispute resolution centre.

These appointments reflect the depth of experience and international standing they each bring to the field of arbitration.

Michael Brindle KC is a distinguished arbitrator with extensive international experience, actively participating in high-stakes arbitration proceedings across London, Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Kuala Lumpur, and Singapore.

Timothy Howe KC is a highly experienced commercial barrister and arbitrator with a broad international practice, acting as counsel and arbitrator in proceedings seated in London, Paris, Singapore, Bermuda, Hong Kong, Dubai, and the Gulf.

Andrew Pullen is an experienced international arbitrator and counsel, with appointments as sole, presiding and co-arbitrator in cases under major institutional rules in Singapore, London, and Hong Kong.

Michael, Timothy and Andrew join Alexander Milner KC who is an established member of the Arbitrator List in the DIAC, as well as the Panels/Lists of Arbitrators of the SIAC, HKIAC, KCAB (Seoul), AIAC (Kuala Lumpur), BVI IAC and the Russian Arbitration Center.

Their inclusion on the DIAC Arbitrator List highlights not only their individual reputations but also Fountain Court’s continued strength and growing presence in the Middle East and broader international arbitration landscape.
